efs-Fundraising Target: Is To Help Raise Funds For TeleCentre Setup In Kumbo, Cameroon.
efs-is an acronym for my names: Emmanuel F. SEVIDZEM, and as founder, Managing Director and Full Time Volunteer of techcefacos.org NGO, Kumbo-Cameroon.
So, on behave of techcefacos.org NGO and my office (efsPro) I’m expressing my wish through this aspect (efsInfo) of electronic base (website) in helping to raise funds for the establishment of an exemplary TeleCentre in Kumbo, Cameroon as a Practical Telecom-ICT Solution for Development by techcefacos.org NGO using holistic approach.
‘Together We Make It’-in bridging the digital divide between Kumbo and the rest of the world…for more development initiatives using free digital insertion or ICTs for:
- Building the awareness of ICT and its potentialities, for expanding and strengthening the knowledge-society and the knowledge-economy,
- Promote public-private partnership to generate ICT related development such as enterprise capability-e-commerce etc,
- Collect and disseminate information on grass root problems, prospects, social movement, innovation and leadership to the policy level etc, and
- Promoting and facilitating education through technology developments for an efficient, accessible, and quality of the learning process in Cameroon i.e. meeting educational goals through the effective use of technology.
- Advance understanding of the role of ICT in development processes.
Our 2008 aspiratory startup programs as base on the 2008 Plan of Action and Focus is as follows:
- Plan One: Head Office & Staffing Sustainability as the facilitator of non-profit programs, activities and projects etc,
- Plan Two: Publicity i.e. Website Development as the most important aspect of publicity, and
- Plan Three: The establishment of exemplary (and only existing) TeleCentre in Kumbo, of its nature.
This explains the ‘Structural Financial & Fundraising Plans’, with plan three currently reach more than 5 million people of Tobin-Kumbo and her surrounding in need of a TeleCentre.
